Fortis Vision Limited was incorporated as a private limited company.
January 2019
Fortis Vision opened up a small office in Colchester.
February 2019
Fortis Vision was awarded their first contract by Unite Students in Bethnel Green, a complete cosmetic full in-occupation refurbishment.
June 2019
Works commenced on the Olympic Way, Wembley. The design and new build of eight studios and two bespoke common areas included installation of 350m2 curtain walling and 400m of new M&E services, making it Fortis Vision’s most complex project to date.
December 2019
Fortis Vision closed out their first full year with 8 members of staff delivering 75 projects and sales revenue of £9.3M for their key client Unite Students.
January 2020
Fortis Vision expanded into retail and was awarded their first contract in the retail sector from Kingfisher Group to carry out refurbishment on several B&Q superstores.
February 2020
Fortis Vision moved to a larger office in Colchester to support their team of employees growth.
December 2020
Despite a challenging year during a world health pandemic, Fortis Vision successfully completed over 100 projects with sales revenue of £8.3M.
January 2021
Fortis Vision were awarded their first major design and build contract to transform B&Q Stratford-upon-Avon. The significance and complexity of this scheme gave Fortis Vision the confidence to reach for the stars.
August 2021
Fortis Vision opened their North East warehouse and office to further support the growth of their team and also to provide storage facilities.
September 2021
Fortis Vision commenced work with Student Roost to embrace coverage within the PBSA sector.
December 2021
Fortis Vision doubled their turnover and successfully closed out the year with sales revenue of £16.4M.
January 2022
Fortis Vision signed the lease for their flagship Bristol office, expanding their regional office footprint into the South West.
February 2022
Fortis Vision secured their largest contract to date, 9.1M! New Medlock House in Manchester included innovative installation of air source heat pumps, allowing Unite Students to achieve a net asset value increase of over £4.5M and an EPC rating of C, meeting net carbon zero targets.
March 2022
Fortis Vision’s in occupation refurbishment went from cosmetic to full turnkey!
April 2022
Fortis Vision entered the hotel sector. Their journey started with a 5 year refurbishment framework for Travelodge.
November 2022
Fortis Vision invested in two new build offices in Colchester.
December 2022
Another staggering year for Fortis Vision with 38 members of staff delivering sales revenue in excess of £31.9M.
January 2023
Fortis Vision was trusted to coordinate the design and procurement of Unite Students’ new specification, which was trialled at Oak Brook Park in Birmingham and The Bridge House in Edinburgh.
February 2023
PBSA client expansion. Fortis Vision commenced work on some of iQ Student Accommodation’s nationwide flagship buildings, delivering in excess of £12M in sales revenue in 2023.
April 2023
The Bridge House refurbishment commence, Fortis Vision’s largest and most complex project of 2023.
May 2023
Fortis Vision agreed terms to open their fourth office to allow their Construction Team to develop and work in person. The Woburn office was established.
November 2023
Fortis Vision was named as iQ Student Accommodation ‘Contractor of the Year’ 2023.
December 2023
A record year! Fortis Vision grew to over 70 employees with sales revenue for 2023 in excess of £42M.
December 2023
Fortis Vision celebrated turning 5!
