ISO 9001:2015 is a Quality Management System (QMS) which is internationally recognised as the world’s leading quality management standard. The purpose of the standard is to assist Fortis Vision in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements relating to our business whilst achieving excellence in our customer service and delivery.
ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS) and the most widely used EMS globally. ISO 14001 is the principal management system standard which specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of an EMS. This helps Fortis Vision to control our environmental aspects, reduce impacts and ensure legal compliance.
ISO 45001 is an International Standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, with guidance for its use, to enable Fortis Vision to proactively improve our OH&S performance in preventing injury and ill-health. ISO 45001 enables Fortis Vision through its OH accreditations management system, to integrate other aspects of health and safety, such as employees’ wellness and wellbeing.
This result places Fortis Vision amongst the top 5 per cent of companies assessed by the International Accreditation body, EcoVadis.
The Eco Vadis accreditation is the world’s most trusted and the only universal sustainability rating provider. Our sustainability vision encompasses the following areas of the business:

Our overall score increased thanks to the provision of new sustainability certifications, including the ISO 14001.
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is the UK’s leading accreditation scheme, used by more than 2000 clients to source reputable and trustworthy contracts with businesses such as Fortis Vision. With a CHAS membership, Fortis Vision can obtain highly coveted and valuable accreditation that big clients demand from their contractors, including environmental standards, anti-modern slavery certification and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) accreditation.
The Considerate Constructor Scheme is an independent not-for-profit organisation that aims to raise standards in the construction industry. Companies working within the construction industry can voluntarily register with the scheme and agree to abide by the scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice. The code includes respect for the local community impacted by construction sites, care for the environment, and valuing the workforce.
SafeContractor is an accreditation that demonstrates to potential clients that Fortis Vision meets the specifics of health and safety as laid down in its detail. It is a leading health and safety accreditation recognised by 34,000 contractors and big-name brands. Our SafeContractor accreditation provides our clients with complete peace of mind by reducing risk in their supply chain.
Acclaim accreditation specialises in the award of Safety Schemes in Procurement and is the go-to provider for more than 3,000 organisations. Fortis Vision’s accreditation ensures that our work practices meet and exceed health and safety needs, giving our clients peace of mind.
