Fortis Vision have completed the creation of eight new studio rooms at a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building in Greeenwich, London.
The project took place over two phases and included durable flooring, high quality furniture and the most up to date mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Each room had optimal energy efficiency with the installation of integrated LED lighting & smart heating controls.
Lead Project Manager, Rob Ottery, said “after a successful summer last year at this PBSA building in London, the team have returned ahead of the 2025/26 academic year to carry out further works creating eight new studio rooms for students. These studio’s utilised the latest & most efficient technologies, with LED lighting & smart controlled HVAC. These rooms have been completed to a very high standard, with the final handover being well received by the client”
