Fortis Vision have completed extensive refurbishment works to a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building in West Hampstead, London ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.
The refurbishment work was carried out to 142 cluster rooms and 10 studio rooms and included new flooring, fixed furniture throughout.
Each room had improved energy efficient with a full installation of integrated LED lighting throughout and full decoration works.
Lead Project Manager, Rob Ottery, said “after a successful summer last year at this PBSA building in London, we have returned and completed further works ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.
