The Fortis Vision team has completed a major transformation on a hotel acquisition in Cardiff.
Converting a former hotel to a modern and spacious Travelodge, the team completed the full strip-out and major refurbishment to create 78 rooms, a redesigned reception space and a new 85 Bar Café area.
Situated just off the M4, and a short drive from key Cardiff attractions this hotel has been extensively refurbished with their new premium look and feel including new design rooms featuring contemporary décor and updated shower rooms.
The full refurbishment included new flooring and fixed furniture as well as a welcoming, flexible social space to eat and drink.
