Fortis Vision are working on Headrow Court, Leeds – converting four former office buildings into 108 modern student accommodation studios.
The building, opposite Leeds Town Hall in the city centre, will feature high specification studio rooms, amenity spaces and will also include fully accessible rooms.
Drew Edwards, Senior Construction Manager at Fortis Vision, said “Fortis Vision are progressing well with the works in Leeds, to fully convert this central location building into student accommodation.
The work includes new drainage and utility upgrades throughout, students will be able to enjoy high specification rooms and shared spaces for the 2025/26 intake”
