We are busy working at Jennens Court a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building in Birmingham, operated by Now Student Living.
The team have completed the full refurbishment of 225 bedrooms and 43 kitchens over the summer period ahead of the 2025/26 student intake
Work is still ongoing as we move to our in-occupation model, working with maximum impact and minimal downtime
