Ricky Simmonds, Head of Major Projects and Paul Lawrence, Account Director, attended an employers’ engagement event on 11th November 2021. Kindly hosted by Wing Commander Simon Briggs and team, at RAF Cranwell the event gave incredible insight into RAF leadership principles. The team were taken out of their comfort zone and given an opportunity to have a 360 degrees ( 6400 Mils ) look at their leadership style, observed by Fortis Vision’s MD, David Borthwick.
