In-occupation works to Unite Students’ North Lodge building in Tottenham Hale Village were successfully completed this week with much well-deserved praise.
The gruelling eight-week programme consisted of flooring, decoration and joinery works to 528 bedrooms, 66 kitchens and all communal areas. Our on-site team strove to complete up to 20 bedrooms a day, fully supported by our site, project and health & safety managers.
Feedback from the residents and Unite Students staff was glowing with a company wide email highlighting: “North Lodge has had a makeover! We’d like to reintroduce ourselves… We’re fresh and feeling brand new, and it’s all thanks to all the boys over at Fortis Vision who made the whole experience and process bliss and fun! They’ve been amazing and the greatest team ever”.
With further in-occupation works undergoing we strive to minimise resident impact, delivering a high quality finish quickly and smoothly, every time.
