Following a recent Considerate Constructor site visit, we have received top marks – for the second consecutive visit!
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is an independently managed, not-for-profit organisation that works side-by-side with the construction industry and the public to raise standards and build trust in construction.
The site visit took place at a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Building in Bournemouth where the Fortis Vision team are currently carrying our refurbishment works to studio rooms.

As members of the Considerate Constructor scheme, Fortis Vision are committed to observing and implementing the Code of Considerate Practice. It focuses on three key sections: respecting the community, caring for the environment, and valuing the workforce — essential and key areas required to effectively raise standards within the industry and build trust with the public.
Respect the Community – Constructors must manage their impact on their neighbours and the public to support a positive experience.
Care for the Environment – Constructors must minimise their impact and enhance the natural environment.
Value the Workforce – Constructors must create a supportive, inclusive and heathy workplace.
Following the site visit from Considerate Constructor Fortis Vision received the top possible marks across all three areas, demonstrating our commitment to the scheme and it’s Code of Considerate Practice.
Nikki Todd, Managing Director at Fortis Vision said “Receiving top marks for the second consecutive monitoring officer visit highlights the commitment we have to the Considerate Constructor Scheme. It gives our clients, our colleagues, our supply chain and the wider public the confidence that we adhere to this industry respected code of practice”
