The hotel situated in the city centre just a three minute walk from Trinity Walk Shopping Centre and a 14-minute walk from Wakefield railway station.

As well as the strip out and complete transformation of  73 bedrooms and reception area, this hotel is the first Travelodge to trial the new self-service ‘grab & go’ food and beverage vending machines. Guests can enjoy barista coffee, bakery items and pizza.

Neil Lamb, Senior Contracts Manager at Fortis Vision said “the work carried out at Wakefield City Centre demonstrates the teams capabilities across the hotel and leisure sectors. We are proud to work on this project, trialling the first hot food ‘grab & go” vending machines to the Travelodge portfolio. The hotel has been completely transformed to create a stylish and practical hotel for guests to enjoy”
