The Fortis Vision team have completed works at Skyline, a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation building in Bournemouth operated by Now Student Living.
Works included the creation of 78 new studios, formed from previous cluster bedrooms with shared kitchens – including joinery, flooring, full decoration bathrooms and Mechanical and Electrical works.
The full refurbishment of an amenity space including new study booths, tv and bar lounges for students to enjoy and the final phase of work included the creation of a modern, bespoke hi-spec gym.
Acting as Principal Contractor, Fortis Vision worked with the Principal Designer, client team and consultants to ensure Gateway 1, 2, and 3 approval following our ‘Golden Thread’ and competency procedures for higher-risk buildings.
