Fortis Vision completed a sensitive in-occupation project for a full fit-out and redecoration of all amenity spaces in a 62-bedroom care home.
The scope of works included full fit-out and redecoration of 3 lounge rooms, 1 cinema room, 3 dining rooms along with the redecoration of the General Manager’s office, staff room with kitchen and the reception area and entrance.

Any challenges associated with working in a live environment were swiftly overcome with meticulous planning of works and sensitivity. The team kept in constant communication with the care home staff to ensure that all were fully briefed throughout the work”
The completed works resulted in a total transformation of the care home, enhancing the home for residents and for staff.
The entire Fortis Vision team delivered the project with sensitivity and care throughout. We ensured that the residents and staff had minimal disruption with appropriate segregation to ensure that residents could continue to enjoy their home whilst the project was ongoing.
