Operated by Now Student Living, Jennens Court is located in Birmingham and the Fortis Vision team have worked across 13 floors fully refurbishing 596 bedrooms throughout the building.
Working across two phases, including an in-occupation phases, work included new flooring, fitted furniture, joinery and full decoration throughout.
The installation of smart metering allowed the client to monitor the energy usage of the whole building ensuring energy efficiency.

Challenges we overcame
A phase of this project included working to our in-occupation model – we ensured that areas were appropriately segregated and that there was minimal disruption to residents.
A this building is located in a city centre, we ensured that the delivery schedule was adhered to and that there was smooth coordination of deliveries in terms of access with no disruption to the programme schedule itself.
