Extensive full-occupation works to student accommodation in central Bristol ready for the 2024/25 academic year.
Fortis Vision completed extensive full-occupation works at a student accommodation building in Bristol.
The projects scope of work included extensive demolition and internal excavations, full strip out and fit out, the redesign and creation of new communal areas including a common room, cinema, private dining and study areas finished with a waffle concrete ceiling feature.
The team also created four new studio apartments to the highest specification as well as extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing package throughout the building.

Challenges we overcame
New flooring, fixed furniture, door sets, signage and decoration were all completed to the highest standards by the Fortis Vision team ahead of the 2024/25 student intake.
The works took place over 14 weeks at the student accommodation located within a few minutes walk of the river and Castle Park and just 20 minutes walk from the University of Bristol.
