Our Project and Commercial Managers work closely with the client, architect and our sub-contractor supply chain to plan and prepare works. This will include (but not limited to): scope; specifications; drawings and design; cost analysis; programming and procurement.
Fortis Vision’s complement of degree-qualified, chartered, skilled and passionate Managers provide valuable input and management throughout all projects. Every member of the team have extensive construction experience and can assist clients to ensure that all parties are comfortable with the proposed works before starting on site.
Fortis Vision’s dedicated site management team support a large range of construction projects. Made up of Project Managers, Contract Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors we manage works effectively and efficiently whilst always being mindful of key dates and costings. Communication is key when running any scheme and we ensure this is implemented on a daily basis throughout our project-chain all the way from client to on-site labour operatives.
Regular health and safety briefings, visits and full audits take place on all sites by our H&S representatives verifying and documenting that we are working safely at all times. All Fortis Vision employees and sub-contractors carry ID badges and are required to undertake competence assessment tests for each and every project.
Fortis Vision holds ISO:9001, ISO:14001 and ISO:45001 Certifications and is accredited for its Health and Safety by CHAS, SafeContractor and Acclaim. We hold Constructionline Gold, the EcoVadis Gold Award for Sustainability, and are registered with Considerate Constructors. We are also proud to hold the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award.
These all give us the seal of approval to deliver projects safely and competently whilst offering all-inclusive opportunities.
We always work to weekly performance targets which details our progress and allows Fortis Vision to track and adjust programming where necessary. This allows us to deliver on time to scheduled practical and final completion dates providing clients with a quality and timely finish.
Our client relationship continues beyond delivery, being on hand to assist and resolve any issues that may arise. Post completion inspection regimes are put in place to guarantee quality of works and enable our client to relax and know that we are on hand to help. Operation and Maintenance manuals, together with familiarisation training sessions are provided on completion and play a key part in after care allowing our client to have access and understand all aspects of our installations.
