Our team work with our network of approved inspectors, consultants, engineers and architects.
We progress through RIBA Stages 2-4 for our clients, often under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement before moving onto Stage 5 during the construction phase of works.
We review each project and building on it’s own merit to make sure each discipline is designed and approved before construction.
Key areas include Planning, Fire Safety, Mechanical and Electrical Installations and Structural Works.
