Our Construction, Design and Commercial Managers work closely with the client, architect, consultants and our sub-contractor/supplier supply chain to plan and prepare works.

This will include (but not limited to): scope; specifications; drawings and design; cost analysis; programming and procurement. Fortis Vision’s complement of degree-qualified, chartered, skilled and passionate Managers provide valuable input and management throughout each stage of the project, giving total confidence in the scope of work before starting on site.

Made up of Project Managers, Contract Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors we manage works effectively and efficiently whilst always being mindful of key dates and costings.

We ensure effective communication on a daily basis throughout every process of  our project supply chain. Regular health & safety briefings, visits and full audits take place on all sites by our H&S representatives verifying and documenting that we are working safely at all times. All Fortis Vision employees and sub-contractors carry ID badges and are required to undertake competence assessment tests for each and every project before starting any work.

Fortis Vision holds ISO:9001, ISO:14001 and ISO:45001 certifications and is accredited for its health & safety by CHAS, SafeContractor and Acclaim. We hold Constructionline Gold, the EcoVadis Award for Sustainability, and are registered with Considerate Constructors. We are also proud to hold the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award.

These all give us the seal of approval to deliver projects safely and competently whilst offering all-inclusive opportunities.

Working to weekly progress targets, allows us to adjust and track programmes where necessary – all with full visibility and transparency. We deliver on time to scheduled practical and final completion dates providing clients with a timely and high quality finish.

Our client relationship continues beyond delivery, being on hand to assist and resolve any issues that may arise. Post completion inspection regimes are put in place to guarantee quality of works to give our client peace of mind that we are on hand to help. 

Operation & maintenance manuals, together with familiarisation training sessions are provided on completion and play a key part in after care allowing clients to have access and understand all aspects of our installations.

Who is Fortis Vision?

Fortis Vision is a national UK-based, full-service refurbishment contractor specialising in refurbishment works. Founded in 2018 with offices in County Durham, Essex,  Bristol and Bedfordshire they handle all aspects of refurbishment projects, from pre-construction and design to delivery and aftercare, specialising in sectors such as student accommodation, hotel & leisure, office & commercial and care home & healthcare.

From planning to post completion our team are on hand to manage every step of the project. We progress through RIBA Stages 2-4 for our clients, often under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement before moving onto Stage 5 during the construction phase of works.

We review each project and building on it’s own merit to make sure each discipline is designed and approved before construction. Key areas include Planning, Fire Safety, Mechanical and Electrical Installations and Structural Works.
