Each project we undertake is carried out to the same high standard of quality, regardless of size – priding ourselves on completing the job right first time. Our dedicated small project team will carry out site visits and provide accurate estimates within a 24-48 hour period. In emergencies we can be on site within a matter of hours.

Who is Fortis Vision?
Fortis Vision is a national UK-based, full-service refurbishment contractor specialising in refurbishment works. Founded in 2018 with offices in County Durham, Essex, Bristol and Bedfordshire they handle all aspects of refurbishment projects, from pre-construction and design to delivery and aftercare, specialising in sectors such as student accommodation, hotel & leisure, office & commercial and care home & healthcare.

What work do Fortis Vision carry out?
From planning to post completion our team are on hand to manage every step of the project. We progress through RIBA Stages 2-4 for our clients, often under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement before moving onto Stage 5 during the construction phase of works.
We review each project and building on it’s own merit to make sure each discipline is designed and approved before construction. Key areas include Planning, Fire Safety, Mechanical and Electrical Installations and Structural Works.
