“Our team is not just a group of people who work together, our team is a group of people who trust and look out for each other”

Fortis Vision are committed to working together to reduce stress at work. We follow best practice management standards provided by the government via The Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Britain’s national regulator for workplace health and safety to prevent work-related death, injury and ill health. More information about HSE  can be found here on the government’s HSE website >

Fortis Vision follow the recommendations to identify the main risk factors to help us focus on the underlying causes and their prevention. We also follow this structure to gauge our performance in tackling the key causes of stress in the workplace.

As a framework for compliance, Fortis Vision are intending to use ISO 45003 as a framework for compliance.

ISO 45003 is the first global standard giving practical guidance on managing psychological health in the workplace. It provides guidance on the management of psychosocial risk, as part of an occupational health and safety management system.

This provides information on how to recognize the psychosocial hazards that can affect workers, such as those that arise from home working, and offers examples of effective actions that can be taken to manage these and improve employee wellbeing.
