Fortis Vision has completed extensive remodelling and refurbishment works at Cambrian Point, a purpose-built student accommodation building owned and managed by Unite Students.
The PBSA building located in Cardiff is just a 10-minute walk away from Cardiff University and has recently undergone extensive works to its amenity space and reception area.
Works included the creation of a new welcome reception area, including bespoke joinery throughout, and the full remodelling of staff working and welfare areas to create comfortable and stylish spaces for students and employees to enjoy.
In addition to this, M&E equipment was upgraded as well as the creation of a new parcel storage facility and new external entrance doors.

Every effort was made to keep any disruption to summer occupants and staff to a minimum, with the project delivered on time ready for the 2025 September intake of new student residents.
