Fortis Vision completed the design, strip-out and fit-out work, transforming their office space in Bristol from a restaurant to a modern office.
Undertaking full design, strip-out and fit-out work, the project was completed within a 10 week period and included space configuration to create comfortable and high spec work spaces.
Working with the relevant departments, the Fortis Vision team ensured a seamless transformation of space from a former restaurant to a high spec office space.
Project Overview
- Comprehensive strip-out back to shell
- Full design and build CAT A & CAT B fit out project
- Space reconfiguration – creating designated work areas including hot desks, meeting room, breakout areas and WC / showers
- Extensive M&E systems upgrade – mechanical and electrical and data infrastructure upgrades
- Full fit-out to include FF&E installation, Crittall Meeting Rooms and high spec decoration and finishes.

Challenges associated with working within existing building constraints were overcome by our highly skilled and experienced team who ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget.
