Extensive refurbishment works to a purpose-built student accommodation building in West Hampstead, London ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.
Fortis Vision completed extensive refurbishment work to 142 cluster rooms and 10 studios at a PBSA building located in London.
The scope of work included new flooring, fixed furniture and new kitchen worktops throughout.
Each room had improved energy efficiency with a full installation of integrated LED lighting throughout and full decoration works.
