Fortis Vision have completed extensive Full strip-out and refurbishment of reception, bar café and 127 en-suite hotel rooms at a prominent central Leeds hotel transforming their bar/café area, reception area and en-suite rooms.
The team full refurbished 127 rooms to an upgraded specification, including new flooring, fixed furniture and energy efficient lighting as well as a full redecoration throughout.
The full strip-out and refurbishment of the existing bar/café space took place over three weeks and included new bespoke joinery and wooden flooring to their new 85 Bar Café specification fand featured new lighting and art as designed by the interior designer.

As the hotel remained open throughout, the team worked diligently to ensure appropriate segregation of areas, ensuring minimal downtime for hotel staff and guests. Deliveries to this city centre location were scheduled to maximise efficiency and the smooth running of all associated works.
