Full strip out and transformation of a former CitiLodge hotel into the Travelodge portfolio
Fortis Vision completed the full refurbishment of a Wakefield city centre hotel, with the full fit out of 73 bedrooms and reception area
The team carried out extensive fit out works to this hotel that forms part of the clients acquisition portfolio, bringing a new lease of life into the building.
This hotel is the first Travelodge to trial the new self-service food and beverage vending machines. Guests can enjoy barista coffee, bakery machine and pizza vending machine.
Electrical, plumbing, ventilation and data interfaces were managed and coordinated throughout the project to ensure successful commissioning.
New flooring, fixed furniture and energy efficient lighting has been installed throughout the building and the team managed all associated builders’ works including alterations, finishes and service coordination to accommodate new equipment.
